Hey there, I'm Seth.

I can turn a five-minute chat into a two-hour conversation, no problem 😄 — that's basically my superpower as a leader at my local public speaking club (Toastmasters), where storytelling and thinking on my feet come with the territory 🎤.

By day I lead a team in the wind industry ⚙️, but the part of my job I actually love most is the human side, I'm the person colleagues come to when things get hard, and helping them find solid ground again means more to me than any spreadsheet ever will 💚.

When I'm off the clock, I'm usually journaling 📓, chasing a new song 🎵, or falling down a self-development rabbit hole, always trying to become a slightly better version of myself 🌱.
