I am a former professional chef, food writer, born in Tangier, I spent most of my adult life bouncing back and forth between Europe, Africa and North America, I lived in Copenhagen K since 2013, I am also educated as a nutritionist and diabetes coach, I am a plant based, I do not eat meat. I like to help people understand the plant based way of life and show them meal plans and offering guidance.

When I’m not thinking about food, I’m probably listening to music, read books, watching series or documentaries. My tastes are rooted in the classics: the energy of rock ‘n’ roll, the soul of Chicago blues, the genius of Coltrane and Miles Davis, and the beats of old-school New York hip-hop.

I’d love to meet with people who wants to learn about a plant-based lifestyle. I’m also looking for friends to hang out with, long walk, share ideas, and maybe explore some great city spots together. It would be great to have company with similar or curious values, I like to talk about food, wellness, music, or just good conversation.
