Searching for basketball friends

I'm the mother of an active 8 year old girl who likes boyish kind of activities, such as football, basketball, wrestling, playing Roblox, Legos, drawing, etc. As a single mom with an only child, my daughter is eager for more contact with friends who are boys and who can play a little more rough than most girls usually do. She would especially enjoy meeting some boys who are a few years older who might be able to teach her some new skills, especially basketball, which is her new favorite sport. She only sees her father every couple of months, so having a regular presence in her life, kind of like an older brother, would be a great friendship to find.
